Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using EdgeScan (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
EdgeScan is an AI-powered prediction market intelligence platform that provides market data aggregation from prediction market platforms, AI-generated probability estimates and edge signals, paper trading simulation, visual bot configuration tools, and cross-platform analytics. EdgeScan is an informational tool. We do not provide financial advice, execute trades on your behalf (bot execution engine is in development), or guarantee any investment returns.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One person may not maintain more than one account.
4. Subscription and Payment
EdgeScan offers three subscription plans: Starter (US$39/month), Pro (US$59/month), and Bot (US$99/month). All prices are in USD. Payment is required immediately upon subscription — there is no free trial period. Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. Plan changes (upgrades/downgrades) are prorated.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with other users' access to the Service, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service, use automated systems to access the Service beyond your plan's API rate limits, resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service, or use the Service to manipulate prediction markets.
6. Platform Connections
When you connect prediction market platforms (e.g., Polymarket), you authorize EdgeScan to access your public data via read-only methods. We never request private keys, seed phrases, or signing permissions. You are responsible for ensuring your use of connected platforms complies with their respective terms of service.
7. Intellectual Property
EdgeScan and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EdgeScan and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours. We claim no ownership of your trading data, bot configurations, or paper trading history.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI probability estimates, the availability of third-party platform data, the profitability of any trading strategy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. 9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgeScan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 90 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted (except as required by law).
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
