Starter, Pro, and Bot plans explained
Predite has three subscription tiers. This document covers what's in each plan, how billing works, and policies around upgrades, downgrades, and refunds.
Plan Overview
Starter — $29/month
Best for: traders new to Predite or testing the platform
Includes:

- •Basic AI probability signals (4-hour scan interval)
- •Paper trading mode ($10k virtual capital)
- •Daily email digest of top signals
- •Read-only whale leaderboard
- •All blog and documentation access
- •6-language support

Limits:
- •1 connected wallet
- •5 saved scanner presets
- •10 active price alerts
Pro — $59/month
Best for: active traders who want full intelligence
Everything in Starter, plus:
- •Kalshi platform support (US users)
- •Cross-platform arbitrage scanner
- •Detailed whale tracker (individual wallet profiles, alerts)
- •Insider detection (anomalous trade patterns)
- •News calendar with market relevance scoring
- •Copy trading (manual mode)
- •Priority email support (24h response)
- •Hourly scanner refresh rate (vs 4-hour on Starter)
Limits:
- •3 connected wallets
- •20 saved scanner presets
- •50 active price alerts
- •5 whale watchlists
Bot — $99/month
Best for: serious traders ready to automate
Everything in Pro, plus:
- •Automated bot builder (10 bots, 10 copy targets, 3 baskets)
- •Live CLOB trading on Polymarket
- •TWAP orders (split large trades)
- •Builder Program / gasless trading
- •Brazilian tax report export (Receita Federal format)
- •US IRS-compatible tax export
- •API access for custom integrations
- •Backtest engine for any strategy
- •Priority chat support (4h response during business hours)
Limits:
- •10 connected wallets
- •100 saved scanner presets
- •200 active price alerts
- •Automation caps during beta: $25 per order, $100/day per bot, $500/day across the account, 3 open positions per bot
- •Manual orders you place yourself use the higher legacy caps ($500 per trade, $5,000/day)
- •The automation caps are a beta safety measure and will be raised
Billing Starts Immediately
There is no free trial. You are charged for the plan you pick, starting the day you subscribe. What you can do for free is run the whole product in Paper Trading — simulated fills, real market data, zero money at risk — for as long as you want before enabling live execution.
A payment method is required to subscribe. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Cancel anytime during the trial via Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. You won't be charged.
Annual Plans
Save 17% by paying annually:
- •Starter Annual: $290/year ($24.17/mo effective)
- •Pro Annual: $590/year ($49.17/mo effective)
- •Bot Annual: $990/year ($82.50/mo effective)
Annual plans renew automatically. Cancel anytime to disable renewal — your access continues until the end of the paid period.
How Billing Works
Currency: USD, charged via Stripe.
Cycle: monthly on the day you originally subscribed (e.g., subscribed on the 15th, billed every 15th).
Payment methods: any major credit/debit card, plus some local payment methods depending on your country (boleto for Brazil, SEPA for EU, etc).
Invoices: emailed automatically on charge. Also available in Settings → Billing → Invoice History.
Tax: VAT/sales tax added based on your billing address. Visible on invoice.
Upgrades
Upgrade anytime from Settings → Billing → Change Plan.
Effective immediately: new features available right away.
Prorated: you pay the difference for the rest of the current billing period. Next month is full new plan price.
Example: on $29/month Starter, midway through the month, upgrade to Bot ($99/month). You pay $35 ($70 difference / 2) now. Next month: $99.
Downgrades
Downgrade anytime from Settings → Billing → Change Plan.
Effective at next billing cycle: you keep current plan features until then.
No proration: you've already paid for the current month, so you keep it.
If you have features active on your current plan that aren't in the lower plan (e.g., 10 bots on Bot, downgrading to Pro), you'll need to deactivate before the change takes effect.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription.
Effective at end of billing period: no immediate cutoff. You keep access until your paid period ends.
No refunds for partial months: cancellation stops future charges only.
Reactivate easily: resubscribe anytime by upgrading from free tier.
Refund Policy
7-day money-back guarantee: cancel within 7 days of subscription and request refund via support. Full refund issued.
Beyond 7 days: generally non-refundable. We make exceptions for:
- •Service outages affecting your usage (proportional credit)
- •Billing errors (full correction)
- •Other circumstances at our discretion

Plan-Specific FAQs
Can I switch between Pro and Bot frequently?
Yes, no penalty. Useful for traders who don't need Bot tools every month.
Do unused features carry over?
No. Each month is independent. Unused signals, scanner presets, etc don't accumulate.
Can I share my account?
No. Each user must have their own account. Sharing violates terms of service and triggers account suspension.
What if I exceed my plan's limits?
You'll get a notification when approaching limits. Hard limits are enforced (you can't add a 6th bot on Bot plan, for example). Either upgrade or remove unused items.
Can I get a custom plan?
For Bot plan users who exceed standard limits, we offer "Bot Plus" with negotiated terms. Contact sales@predite.io if interested.
Discounts
Student discount: 30% off any plan for verified students. Submit student verification via the support email.
Non-profit / educational: 50% off for registered non-profits and educational institutions.
Volume discount: organizations with 5+ users get 25% per seat. Contact sales@predite.io.
Affiliate program: earn 30% commission on referrals (12-month tracking). Sign up at Settings → Affiliates.
Payment Failures
If a payment fails:
- •We retry up to 3 times over 7 days
- •You receive email notifications at each retry
- •After 3 failures, account downgrades to free tier (read-only)
- •Your data is preserved — just update payment and resume
Most common failure: expired card. Update via Settings → Billing → Payment Method.
Tax Receipts
Need an invoice for accounting/tax purposes?
Every charge generates an automatic invoice via Stripe. Find them in:
- •Email (automatic on charge)
- •Settings → Billing → Invoice History
- •Stripe customer portal (link in profile)
Customize invoice details (company name, tax ID, address) via Settings → Billing → Tax Information.
